How to skip OS check or reinstall the software using the command line

I installed the software in a windows server environment that may be shut down at any time and used it to synchronize reusable files from two websites I was developing. I used an automated program to get the server to save the system image when it was being shut down and use it to create a new server, but freefilesync could not be used directly on the server started with the image.The software indicated that the operating system had changed. I was using an undonated version, so reinstalling the software would fix the problem, but I desperately needed a way to skip the OS check or reinstall the software using the command line.
