'Date Modified' file timestamps differ by 1 hour between PC and flashdrive after timechange.
All files backed up to the flashdrive are one hour ahead of the same (unchanged) files on the PC after time changed from dailight savings to standard time.
I.e. the flashdrive files still have Daylight Savings Time and the PC have Standard Time.
Backing up to Western Digital MyCloud, or to Laptops does not cause this problem.
How to fix from happening?
