How can this be easily done?

Hello. I'm new to the forum. I have a backup situation that I'm trying to see how I can easily accomplish in FreeFileSync. I have a folder with several subfolders. I want to synchronize several of the subfolders but not all of them. From what I understand about the FreeFileSync interface, I would have to select each subfolder individually and synchronize it. The process seems a bit tedious since there could be several of these.

I commonly use WinSCP to perform synchronization with several of my cloud accounts. I can individually select subfolders and tell it to synchronize only those folders. To me, that is the most straightforward interface. Is something like that possible in FreeFileSync? Thank you.
