i installed the new version 13.7 and now it no longer works. it tells me. the installation files are corrupted. please reinstall freefilesync. unable to open the file "C:Program Files|FreeFileSyncInstall.dat". Error_FILE_not_FOUND : The specified file could not be found.[CreateFile]

even reinstalling a previous version now no longer works and always gives me the same error
