Hi, thank you for this great software.

I used to use it on Windows, but now I have a Debian 12 machine. I downloaded version 13.7 and ran:
# ./FreeFileSync_13.7_Install.run
The system wide installation was completed:
FreeFileSync 13.7 Setup

 1. Install for all users:    YES (requires root password)
 2. Installation directory:   /opt/FreeFileSync
 3. Create desktop shortcuts: NO
_____________________________
Press a number [1-3] to change settings,
ENTER to begin installation:

-> Installing to: /opt/FreeFileSync
-> New console command: freefilesync
-> Registering file extensions: *.ffs_gui, *.ffs_batch, *.ffs_real

All done!
Now I want to completely uninstall: installation and configuration files, console command, .desktop files for menu entries, file extensions, etc.

In short, how should I proceed to completely uninstall the system-wide installation on Debian?

The uninstaller script, uninstall.sh, is located in the installation directory.
