I think I found a bug.
I have to mirror a lot of data. Therefore I want to exclude cache folders with a lot of files which do not need to be part of file backup / mirror job.
Unfortunately the filter conditions do not remove already mirrored cache folders from the target directory.
Could you kindly check and fix it? Many thanks.
Example:
My Exclude filter:
\System Volume Information\
\$Recycle.Bin\
\RECYCLER\
\RECYCLED\
*\desktop.ini
*\thumbs.db
*\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\cache2\
*\AppData\Local\Temp\
*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Caches\
*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\
*\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\shader-cache\
*\AppData\Local\DxO\DxO PhotoLab*\Cache\
*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\*cache*
I found it out for DxO PhotoLab cache folders, they are still in the target folder after mirror job:
13.7 adding filter doesn't remove already mirrored files

As explained often before in this forum:
Files and folders that are excluded via the Exclude Filter are not part of the scope of a sync.
Excluded files and folders are therefore not considered for any sync action.
So, also not for removal.

Sorry, I am only using this fantastic product since over 10 years and also supported it with donations regulary.
It is the first time that I used this filter function.
I can't be active in every forum and read every posting before asking for help, right?
Otherwise thanks.
