Automonitoring folders?

The Megasync can monitor and auto-synchronize files each time when they changed. Can FFS make the same?

Thank you for reply. I have already read documentation about RTS, but I see that this program monitors a directory and if something changed in this directory, it start a script. But there is nothing about synchronization. Could you explain how can I use it for my need?
