Is it possible to copy the Compare result files to another location?

My problem is, that I have a disk A with 3.1 TB syncing to a disk B with 3 TB.
Everything went well, until A had more files than fit to B.
Now I can still run "Compare" and I get a list of files, but I want to copy these files once somewhere else (apparently they don't fit to B).

Is there any chance to do this?

After this copying I want to erase A and do sth different with it.
