Question about Mirror and Exclude

I am doing a mirror like this:
C:\Users\Mark -> D:\Mark

I do a mirror and it works great. But then I do an exclude such as:
\TempStuff\

I would like for the folder on D:\Mark\TempStuff to be deleted instead of ignored.

What setting do I need to change to do this?
