RealTimeSync Causing computer crash/restart

Hi,

I've been using FFS/RTS for a while with no problems. But I just switched to a new boot drive and now RTS causes my computer to crash/reboot sometimes (I havent seen it happen, has happened twice overnight). Here is some info from the crash dump it generated

Exception Code - 0xc00000fd
Exception Information - The thread used up its stack

Could anyone help diagnose the issue? All the files seem to be in the right place. I checked the .ffs files that that I saved as a batch file to use for RTS and they ran with no issue.

I was downloading a large torrent at the time, could that be the issue? RTS couldn't handle an incomplete ~50GB ZIP file?
