This software is absolutely fantastic, and I can't thank you enough for it.
There is a feature that has been raised a few times, and I take the liberty to ask for it again : it would be super useful to have a checkbox to temporarily enable/disable an individual folder pair (there would be an option to keep all boxes checked, or to keep the configuration from the last session).
I know I can also just click the Plus/Minus symbols to add/remove folder pairs from a sync, then not saving the new configuration. But checkboxes would be much more convenient and safe in my opinion.

Using multiple configurations is certainly a workable solution if a bit inconvenient. I would need to setup multiple/many configuration and performing a synchronisation, possibly miss one pair.
Similar to TeddyBear I would favourite a single, customisable configuration. Another checkbox is IMHO not necessary. The “Remove folder pair” has currently not right-button function. This could be used to temporally disable the folder pair and indicate this by changing the colour of the button. This way I can see easily which pairs will be synchronised or excluded.
