Automatic synchronization after inserting a USB flash drive

Hello, please help with Automatic synchronization after inserting a USB flash drive or SSD disk.
I can't get this to work. Do I understand correctly that if I insert a flash drive or SSD disk into a USB on which the batch BatchRun.ffs_batch created by me is copied, the synchronization will start automatically? Or do I have to manually run BatchRun.ffs_batch after inserting the USB, which works, but I would like it to happen automatically. Is that possible?

You will need to configure an RTS setup that runs on the computer. It monitors for a location, the name of the external drive for you, and when it is inserted it will run the command you configure.

According to the description, they are currently struggling with this, I haven't been able to set it up for 3 days. I would need someone who uses it and it works for them to describe it clearly, or possibly show it and help me set it up :(
