Sync upon specific flash drive

is there a way to setup FFS to run a batch file upon the use of a specific flash drive?
I have a specific flash drive that i carry with me from various sites that contains multiple files for each site.
what i would like to be able to do, is have my home PC (which stores all the files) to sync to my specific travel flash-drive when i use it at home. I have a batch-file already created that will sync the folders/files in question. but I can not find where i can trigger an event based on the flash-drive ID.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
