Auto updating donation edition from 13.7 to 14.2, I get the error popup:
Command ""/tmp/FreeFileSync_14.2_[Donation_Edition]_Linux_Install.run" --directory "/opt/FreeFileSync" --autoupdate" failed.

Exit code 1: sh: -c: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `;'
sh: -c: line 1: `; rm -rf '/tmp/FreeFileSync_14.2_CDmIGi''
Could not find path to terminal executable.
Could not find path to terminal executable.
I searched for similar issues on the forum found this from 2023 and this but they're not really helpful.

Any clue?

Thanks

Which Linux distribution are you using, and what terminal executables are available? Which one is the default terminal, e.g. "/usr/bin/konsole"?

Distro:
Fedora 42 Workstation (Gnome), installed yesterday. (FFS didn't work out of the box, I had to install gtk2 as a dependency).

Terminal:
Ptyxis (the only and default terminal app)

I haven't installed any additional shells to my knowledge. Can I provide any more info?

Can you run the auto-updater again and see if it works now?

It works indeed. Zenju, did you change anything on the backend? Do you mind sharing, I'm very curious now!

Ptyxis is now supported.
