I think freefilesync is one of the best sync/backup tools ever made but.... I want to be shure my files are save and want to be able to encrypt the file at the ftp server in the cloud.
Is there a way (or better will there be in option in freefilesync) to encrypt the sync files stored on the external ftp server.
If not, than this is a future request (and I think a lot of us would like this)
I now have to use Goodsync to archive the encryption. I would like to use Freefilesync instead

That is not a safe method.
If only the cloud/ftp-server side would encrypt your files, they would be sent to that server in unencrypted form.
Don't expect FFS to do the encryption. FFS simply compares the (properties of) the left- and right-side version of a file, and if those are different, as for an encrypted vs unencrypted version of a file, that results in a proposed sync action.
The best and simplest way is to locally create encrypted versions of your files (using whatever suitable tool), and sync those in encrypted form to the cloud.
FFS is perfectly capable of syncing files in their encrypted form.
I have used that method for years.
