Feature Request: Option "Don't Save Log When Nothing To Sync"

To prevent large amounts of log files from being created when nothing actually syncs, there should be an option to disable saving log files that don't sync anything.

In general I'd agree with that - except, for me, it shows that (RTS) is still alive - i.e., that it has not stopped, for some reason.
As it is, I (remotely) monitor (actually, every once in a while I'll take note of) the LOGS file directory, & if I don't see a currently dated log file in there, that tells me that for some reason my syncs have stopped (altogether). (Then I have to figure out what happened & restart things.)
Otherwise, I'll periodically run a script (do a search) on the log files, perhaps a search for:
"Items processed: 0 (0 bytes)"
& then move those found items, out of sight.

What I was thinking was a checkbox in Options below the "Delete logs after x days" that is off by default that says something like "Don't Save Log If Nothing to synchronise". I could create a program to delete files that contain the words "Nothing to synchronise". I'd perfer to just not have the files created in the first place, than have a FFS cleaner program run with task scheduler send nuisance log files created by FFS to the recycling bin.
The reason i've got this problem is because RTS is keeping a program i've got running backed up. The program is constantly modifying text files, that are filtered out (FFS locks the files to copy them causing the program to crash if it tries to write to them). This creates about 130 log files a day, with only about 5 actually syncing anything.
