Is it possible to do the mirror Synchronization provided that when deleting a file from the left side, it is not deleted from the right side.

Because this is considered the most important function in backup.

That's not a mirror, you want to use the "update" sync variant

I know that .. But I deleted a file from the right side and was surprised that it does not copy the file again from the left side.

You can define a custom sync variant and define the actions to suit your needs

This is the opposite of your initial question.
What you describe is the behavior when you checkmarked "Use database file to detect changes" in your Synchronization Settings (F8).

If that is not the behavior you want, un-checkmark "Use database file to detect changes".
Files you deleted yourself from the right side (since the last FFS sync) will then be restored left-to-right during the next FFS sync (provided the left-side file still exists).
