Add speed control

Many NVMe SSDs get very hot during a sync process involving large amounts of data. It would be very helpful to be able to adjust the transfer speed.

If that can be a problem, it sounds like something that needs to be resolved in the driver for that hardware.

Good quality NVMe SSDs have built-in thermal protection and throttling, so you don't need to do anything manually. If you want to reduce thermals to maintain better and longer performance, a heatsink is the proper solution.
