I have been using FreeFileSync for a while and decided to get the donated version.
I downloaded the 14.3 zip file (Windows 11) from the website, set it up and get prompted with this pop-up message:
The "/silent" installation option is only available in the FreeFileSync Business Edition.
Tampering with FreeFileSync installation process is a violation of the distribution agreement. Continued license breach will result in legal action. See: (link)
What happened T^T? I just simply downloaded from the website...

What does "set it up" mean?

Simply unzip it and click on the .exe
Later that day, I tried using that same zip file, unzip it in another machine and it works fine??

Well that confirms the files are intact. Any 3rd party antivirus running?

I have Kaspersky on the main machine.
Right now it's working on my main machine. I copied the program folder from my other machine and place it in the main one. ^^;

If you send a trace of the installation up to the error message, I'll have a look:

(No "install", if I'm understanding. Unzip & run.)

If you unzip the ZIP into a new directory, & run FreeFileSync.exe does it still give that message (on that particular machine)?

If instead of running {ZIPDIR}/FreeFileSync.exe, you run {ZIPDIR}/Bin/FreeFileSync_x64.exe, does that give you the same message?
