How to Deselect all files?

Hello can you please help me with a problem.

by default, all files are always selected in all categories. Please see the picture.

If I have more than 10 files that I want to deselect, it becomes tedious. if I want to deselect 3000 files because I only want to select one file, it becomes impossible.

I cant find a way to “select all” or “deselect all” is there no such option?

Select the files you want to 'deselect' (could be all files ==> use Ctrl+A), then press space (or right click anywhere and select 'exclude temporary' - or whatever that is called in German). Not quite what you're looking for, but probably close enough.

No, the intended solution is to press the "Enter key" on your single file instead:
