My problem is actually quite simple. I only want to copy files from folders, not the folders. Is that possible?

right side

need filter - all files but not folders

You will need a folder pair for each source, the right side will be the same for each pair, and set the sync method to "update" to avoid clobbering data.

this is not my way to fix the problem. i have over 200 folders and they are dynamicly. But i realsize that it's not possible with FFS.

It is possible in FFS, but not fully automatically.
You can run a Compare, and then select all files you want to have copied over,
right-click and use "Copy to" (Ctrl-T). See here.
