UI note: Progress window opens behind the main window; should be in front

I didn't even know the Progress window existed until I accidentally came across it. It had been hidden by the main window

(Mac with Yosemite, FFS v. 6.13)

FFS 6.12 on OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite does not exhibit this behavior. I can test 6.13 sometime later today.

Same behavior here with:
OS X 10.9.5
FFS: 6.13 build jan 8 2015 - Unicode x64, and 2 previous builds.

Most applications have Window menu option (before help).
Maybe make a Window option on the menu, like other applications. (FireFox/Mail etc.). Better still hold progress window on top of main window.
