[Feature Request] Soft Links

Hello,
my feature request is some kind of solution for soft linked files. I have a directory for programming projects where I soft link files from another directory of small tools or solutions I've already made .
At the moment, FreeFileSync ignores these files. I've installed 14.3 from months a go. Not sure what solution should FFS have for these....maybe look at the link and copy the file from it's original place? Or maybe just treat the link as a file and copy blindly... and let the user deal with re-linking?
