automated synchronisation

Hi Guys,
I have set the automated synchronisation for usb stick an it works.
But each time I run windows10 I get the popup asking me to start the job.
Is it the normal behaviour or could I make it done automatically ?
Should I plan it in Windows job launcher ?

Those instructions are for Windows.
If you use MAC or Linux see here, but use the command lines as described for RTS in my first link.
