I buy 2 licences of Business Edition.
I download the file from the email received.
but I have not the option to copy several files in parallel.
What must I do to activate it?

But did you also install the file you downloaded?
Or, perhaps related to viewtopic.php?t=12644#p49024
Check if you installed and are running the Business edition.
This should show in the window's title bar and via the main menu Help / About
Both should show the installed FreeFileSync version, and the installed edition.
You should be able to set the number of parallel operations in the Comparison Settings via
(F6) or the blue gear icon.

If you go to Comparison tab of the Synchronization Settings,
via (F6) or the blue gear icon, in the top right corner of the
Comparison settings window you should see Performance improvements. Per root of the locations involved in your sync, you can now select
the amount of parallel operations.
Make sure to first populate your left and right base-location(s),
otherwise the Performance improvements part looks like this:
