How do I compare folders ONLY?

I attempted to use this but there is no option that I can find to just compare folders in selected drives. It insists on comparing all of the files in these folders and estimated 16 hours! I already know that the files in the folders are the same I just need the folders themselves. How?

Did you try using an Exclude Filter rule of
*:
