The Photo Mgmt application DIGIKAM (https://www.digikam.org) may create in my W10-folders a subfolder …\.dtrash\ containing "files" and "info" subfolders to store backups or versioning of pictures deleted or enhanced by this graphical program.
Unfortunately the exclude rule «\.dtrash\» in the common or local FFS filter settings has no effect.
Nor does something like «\.dtrash\files\».
FYI: the exclude rule «\picasaoriginals\» re: good old Picasa works perfectly).
Suggestions?
To be bugfixed?
Cannot exclude Digikam's …\.dtrash\… folders.

How about:
*\.dtrash\

You can also run a comparison, then right-click the directory to exclude it without worrying about syntax

@therube:
«*\.dtrash\» does the trick! Thx.
Too bad it is not consistent with FFS's own manual and other exclude rules which perform as expected.

Where would it be inconsistent with the FFS manual page on the In/Exclude Filter?
