FileSync not syncing files

Setup FileSync to sync files in my "junk" folder on my c: drive. (Yes, that is what it is called.)

Saving out to d: drive.

No sync takes place. I create a new file in junk folder and it isn't copied over.

It's working. File updates are taking longer than the advertised time in "idle time". That's what threw me.

From the RTS Manual page " ... RealTimeSync waits until a user-configurable idle time has passed with no further detected changes, then runs the command line."
So, your RTS command line (i.e. your FFS Compare en Sync job) will only start its Compare at earliest the RTS idle time after you changed a file.
