I am syncing with my work laptop which uses FIPS and is thus very restrictive about ssh keys (sadly FFS is not the only program it has issues connecting to).
I noticed that any versions beyond 13.8 give me a "libssh2 handshake error" - same issue as user weekendninja is having here.
With v13.7 it works, but I can't find a way to download v13.7 Donation Edition, and I'm not sure there is an easy way to find a link to it - even if I donate again, which I would be happy to!
Can someone help me? The only alternative would be specifying a command line parameter for ssh (cipher specification) but I don't think there's a way to pass that within FFS.
Can you help?
Thank you!
Need v13.7 of Donation Edition (libssh2 error)

If you did not keep the installation files of your v13.7 Donation Edition yourself, you are out of luck.
The download page of your Donation Edition always (only) provides the most recent installation files.
Even donating again will not help you out there.
Installation files of Donation Editions are personalized to your donation ID; so no other user can provide you the installation files for your Donation Edition.
Perhaps some user kept an archive of older installation files of the FFS standard (non-donation) edition.
Those installation files are not personalized, so you could then revert tot the v13.7 standard edition (but loose the advantages of the Donation Edition).

Yeah, I got that far thanks. I am using the regular version 13.7. Would just be nice to have access to Donation Edition features.
Maybe I will have to tinker with the source. Are there compile instructions anywhere?
