I recently discovered your software. It’s brilliant, congratulations! Finally, a sensible file management program. I’d like to share a suggestion that might be interesting from both a development and a user perspective.
In my work, I often have to handle large-scale productions involving footage from multiple cameras. This requires strict attention to file logistics and, more importantly, timing, to ensure all materials are offloaded and backed up within a specific window.
For efficient data transfer on my Mac Studio, I use an OWC 4M2 external SSD enclosure with 16TB capacity as a buffer. I offload the camera SSDs onto this, and then create duplicates onto several HDDs. I’ve handled projects like a one-week conference where we generated about 96TB of data.
This meant 7/24 copying operations. I used to rely on CommanderOne to queue the tasks overnight, but during the day, I constantly had to check the progress of the processes. I was thinking, how great it would be to have on a mobile iOS/Apple Watch app that monitors the progress percentage and sends notifications when a task is finished, or perhaps when it hits 98%. This way, I wouldn’t have to keep checking the computer manually—I’d only go back when necessary.
I’m not sure how complex it would be to develop, but I believe it would be a very useful and cool feature. I assume it would require a server-side component to bridge the connection between the computer and the mobile devices, but I wanted to throw the idea out there.

Bottom-right in the Synchronization Settings (F8) you can choose to post-sync "Run a command".
It seems for you "On completion" or "On success" would be appropriate.
You can then define a single command line that performs your desired post-sync action, or use the command line to invoke a (multi-line) user defined script that performs your desired post-sync action(s).

If you get the donation version which I have you can set the app to automatically email you when the job completes. You will get an email either saying that it was successful or you will get an email saying that it failed and why.
