Valencian translation

Hello everyone!

I'm happy to share the complete Valencian translation of FreeFileSync, created following the norms of the Real Acadèmia de Cultura Valenciana (RACV). The translation is based in 14.10 edition.

Valencian ("Valencià") is spoken by more than two million people and is the traditional language of the Valencian Community, a region on the eastern coast of Spain, right by the Mediterranean Sea. It is officially recognised as the region’s own language, which is why I wanted to offer a fully Valencian version of FreeFileSync.

The translation comes in two files: one for the program itself and the icon flag.
