Trashcan not found

I sync from local PC to Network Device.

the sync itself works fine but when need to delete something on the network folder ther is always a warning

"The Recycle Bin is not available for "\\Hostname\path\\path\path\folder".
"Ignore it and permanently delete it every time the Recycle Bin isn’t available?"

I could set to ignore it but that is not the prefered solution.
