New feature request to PAUSE & RUN in between tasks

While doing long sync operations with tons of small files,
HDD gets heated up if the sync task run for hours.
Would be nice to have some kind of INTERRUPT or PAUSE-&-RUN kind of feature in between tasks.

feature request >>>
"PAUSE 'X' mins for every 'Y' mins of operation.
... while both X & Y can be some kind of dropdown list boxes with options like 1/2/5/10/30/60 mins.
example 1 - pause 5 mins for every 10 mins of operation
example 2 - pause 2 mins for every 15 mins of operation

already have posted a feature request for BANDWIDTH limiting, but seems no progress on it :(

Is it possible to properly cool your hard drives?

Divide your large sync in multiple smaller sync configurations.
Then use a script to launch those smaller syncs in succession, with your desired pause in between.
