File synchronisation behaves strangely

Hi,

I've been using FreeFileSync for several years now. This latest version 14.12 behaves strangely in my environment.

In my home LAN I have a Sinology NAS which I use as backup storage and a transfer device to share the latest version of my files between my iMac and my MacBook Pro. When I switch on any of my Mac device I always sync first the contents of that Mac agains the contents of the NAS. If I then update any file in that Mac devices I run the FreeFileSync again to sync my latest versions of the files to the NAS. This procedure has worked fine for many years regardless of the source Mac that is sending the latest file versions to the NAS. FreeFileSync has just overwritten the old file version with the new one.

Problem is now that if there is an older version of the file in the NAS, synchronisation fails
