GLIBCXX_3.4.20' not found ---- Any version portable for linux?

I put in this program in ubuntu 14.04 and show this problem:

I search for fix and I found upgrade system with not official sources,

Any version with all depends in build?, like http://portablelinuxapps.org/ ???

You can look in the download archive for the latest FreeFileSync version that supports Ubuntu 14.04:
