Hello,
I have a similar problem. When I check the files using the "Compare" at the very end, when you create the file shows the error: "No memory. Memory allocation failed: 4194339 bytes"
A resource that is scanned by the free file sync is approx. 4 TB. Operating system Windows 2003 srv, 3GB RAM, free file sync 7.6

Looks like an ordinary out of memory. One way to get around it is to split the sync job into smaller tasks.
