Save deleted files

I have made a big mistake: While synchronizing my files, I accidentally shifted an empty folder (on the right side) to a full folder (on the left side). Thus, all files of this folder on my computer were deleted. Is there any chance to get those files back? Is there a copy of the deleted files somwhere? Unfortunately, I use a very old version of FreeFileSync: v4.5. Can anybody help, please?! I just lost 20.000 emails :-(
