Exclude sub folders, include content

Hi,

Is there a way to monitor all sub folders but to only copy their content.

For example: Monitor Folder 2, copy File 1 and 2, do not copy Folder 3a and Folder 3b.

Folder 1/Folder 2/Folder 3a/File 1
Folder 1/Folder 2/Folder 3b/File 2

Detect Moved Files might be able to do that - in a round-about way (& that also assumes that a Two-Way or MIrror sync work for you).

Unfortunately not, I want to do a copy not a mirror.
