Same files but saved in lower case wont copy to upper case

System generated files, sometimes, are in lower case which try to backup to same file which is in upper case, system message states that there is conflict and will not copy, my worry then is that files are missing.

Is there any way to change the settings to allow the backup of eg rpthead.txt to RPTHEAD.txt

Just set a sync-direction manually.

Sorry to sound stupid, the settings were set up for me within our company by our IT dept for our data backup, can you tell me how I do that? I'd rather try it myself as I'd have to wait a while otherwise :-)
