FreeFileSync 8.9 Crashes w/ MTP devices

When syncing/comparing between files on disk and a MTP device (Android, Nexus 5X), the application crashes.

Can you try the following version and see if the problem persists?

It lasted longer, but it crashed as well.

Alright, then we need to dig a little deeper. Can you send a crash dump file (if it wasn't created automatically already)

Hello people! Same problem here. I just upgraded from V8.8 to V8.9 and FFS crashes during comparison of a local directory and my Windows Phone (MTP device). How can we find V8.8 and go back until problem gets solved?

I've found a bug that is likely responsible for the crashes. Is the issue solved with this version?

@Marios: Just in case, FileHippo provides previous versions of FreeFileSync for download, e.g. FreeFileSync_8.8_Windows_Setup.exe

I'm having the same problem, but the new version Zenju posted has expired on MediaFire. Anyway I can get it?
