Donations

I got a message the other day to say that my donation period had expired so I would have to download the version with adverts. Checking through my emails, I found a confirmation that I had donated at the end of March. I also found another which I'd forgotten about towards the end of January.
It appears that I'm expected to donate almost every month? Anyone else had similar experience?
I emailed the email address in the About dialog box but never received a reply so I'll try on here and hope for better service.

As you can see here, the period you are entitled to updates of the FFS donation version depends on the amount you donated.
