Updating from FFS 7 I have tried to install 9.1 and receive the following:

Tried to install 8.10 and got same result. Tried to install over old version and as clean install but still appcrash. Tried to install as 32-bit as well as 64-bit but appcrash either way. No longer have a working version so appreciate any help.
