Please can someone help. I have been trying to set this up for two days to no avail.
I have a folder containing hundreds of .jpg files all in sub folders.
I want to copy just the files to a new folder.
But it copies the folder structure too. I just want the files, not the folders.
Thank you in advance for any help or advice.

You cannot do that with FFS.
But you can do it one time using Windows File Explorer:
- do a search on *.*
- select al the files found
- copy using CTRL+C
- go to the destination folder
- paste using CTRL-V

Wow! Sorry Zenju!
spidermurph at the page linked by Zenju look for:
Copy files selected on the main dialog to an alternate folder and thereby save a "diff"
