My Cloud Mirror Western Digital synchronizes pretty well with my PC if it locates at home, in the same Wifi private network (I have a Livebox from Orange).
I cannot tune settings to sync using internet. IP address of the box is dynamic. I use no-ip to get a hostname and I can access to my NAS from anywhere; redirection of port is OK.
Do I have to use SFTP or FTP? In settings, which "server name or ip address"? "Port?". "User name" and "password" of what? I have done several tests, without success. Maybe syntax problems?
