Hide Console when RTS runs a job

When RealTimeSync runs a job, the console pops up each time. On my previous computer, I somehow managed to suppress that, but I don't remember how. Can you walk me through it again? Thanks.

Thanks, Gianni1962, but I read that note previously and simply don't know how to apply it. I did find, however, that when saving the batch job, there is a checkbox to click to minimize the window when running. I clicked that and now it is running minimized, which is exactly what I wanted.
