hi and thanks for your help
i want to backup this:
A:/fotos/ containing subfolders 1201, 1202, 1301, 1302
B:/fotos/ containing subfolders 1401, 1402, 1501, 1502
data on A: and B: never overlaps, but i am constantly moving folders from B: to A:
folder content in the subfolders will sometimes change no matter on which drive (including deletes)
as mirror (ideally with a single batch file) to:
C:/fotos/
so that it ends up as C:/fotos/1201, ...1502
and file changes will be mirrored no matter if folder XXXX resides on A:/fotos/ or i have moved it to B:/fotos/ since the last sync.
if the fact, that all folders are called "fotos" complicates things i could change that.
when i just set it up the initial backup went ok, but as soon as i started moving things on the left, ffs deleted folders, that it shouldn't.
thank you
syncing from multiple base folders to one common folder

Try using the Mirror variant in "Synchronization Settings" but disable the last action (represented as a Recycle Bin).
After that, the variant will became "Custom".
Manual - Synchronization Settings

thanks Gianni, but that's of no help
i regularly also delete subfolders containing files on the left side. so i need these changes to be mirrored as well.
if i switch off the "delete if item exists only on the right", these files would stay and mess up my backup.
