File sync only when change in DateTime and size > X

Dear Team,

I cannot find out, how I can sync a file only when it's size is bigger > 50KB and date time have changes.
I have played so much with the filters, but do not seem to have gotten it.

Do you have an idea how I can resolve that? I cannot seem to achieve that.

Did you tried User Manual - Comparison Settings and User Manual - Exclude Items via Filter ?
