Option for destination files to NOT be Windows compressed

I'm copying across computer files that are compressed (in blue) at source computer to a destination computer.
I see that the destination files are also compressed (in blue) yet I wish for them to be uncompressed.

The reason for compressed files at source is to save disk space.
The reason to wish for uncompressed files at destination is an abundance of disk space.

Is there a way to ask for destination files to be uncompressed / normal?
