Sync files within a folder to different locations

I recently posted about some files that I lost after doing a sync.
I found the file containing the lost files and now need to put them back in their respective locations.
To clarify, here's what I got.

Inside the source Folder, 'RecycleBin', are other folders such as 'Folder A', 'Folder B' etc..
These folders' contents need to be synced/added to the contents of their original locations which are under the destination of, we'll say, 'OriginalSpot'.

So I need to sync the files within 'Folder A', 'Folder B' from 'RecycleBin' to 'Folder A', 'Folder B', etc. at 'OriginalSpot'.

how do I do this?

just put them back / restore from recyclebin
