version 9.8 slower than 4.6

Hi.
i upgraded our version(4.6) to 9.8 and remarked a problem with copmare speed

25k small files(2kb), by content
version 9.8: 1:20 min and then compare 0:32 min
version 4.6: 1:09 min and then compare 0:23 min
Maybe anybody can help me, and say, why new version work slower

Also, i tried find older version on site, but i see 5.0 and then 9.6, where another versions?

thank you for second link, but where i can find link created by author? I need a trusted source.
At this site absent intermediate versions between 5.0 and 9.6 for Windows.

Copy the link above, paste it in the browser address bar, change the version numbers and with a little luck you will be downloading the desired version from the author site.

version 4.6 is not between 5.0 and 9.6 =) i saw this link
ffs began slower working by version 7.0 and 8.4,

Zenju few months ago had given an explanation for the missing files, something to do with the hosting server, now I can't recall exactly.

However, in my experience you can trust https://filehippo.com.

If it possible, can Zenju comment my problem with speed?
This is really a problem with the latest versions or is it a feature of new versions and can not be recovered
